Predentistry students are encouraged to select a major in which they feel they will excel. Predentistry students can choose a major in either the science or nonscience disciplines. Regardless of major chosen, predentistry students will still need to complete the required courses for our predentistry program in addition to the courses needed for their major degree plan.

American Student Dental Association (ASDA)
All Prehealth students are encouraged to explore our many Prehalth student organizations, but Predentistry students may be interested
in joining American Student Dental Association (ASDA). Baylor ASDA strives to provide programs that will educate members on topics important to their dental aspirations and professional future; to encourage intentional relationships among the organization and throughout the Waco community; to encourage personal growth and reflection through service opportunities; and ultimately to enhance its members' knowledge of the dental profession.
